He worked in the private sector as a consultant, integrator and researcher of new information technologies from 1988 to 2004.

She is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Paraíba. He has experience in the area of Computer Science, with emphasis on Database and Semantic Web, working mainly on the following topics: Web data, open data, connected data, big data, geographic data, data analysis, data integration, use of semantics, ontologies and context in distributed and heterogeneous data environments. Olá, eu me chamo Talita Medeiros e eu me chamo Larissa Moreira. Nós somos do curso de Sistemas para internet do Instituto federal de educação ciência e tecnologia da Paraíba, campus de João Pessoa, e somos pesquisadores da área da Ciência da computação. Nossa orientadora é a professora do curso de Sistemas para internet Damires Sousa.
O objetivo deste vídeo é apresentar nosso projeto para o 2º workshop de Informação, Dados e Tecnologia.
Este evento tem como intuito de unir através de abordagens interdisciplinares as comunidades acadêmicas e industriais que trabalham com dados no Brasil.
O nosso projeto consiste é uma aplicação de visualização de dados sobre a arboviroses no estado da Paraíba. A arboviroses são as doenças causadas pelo mosquito Aedes aegypti como Chikungunya, Dengue e Zika.
Esses dados foram obtidos através de uma parceria com a secretaria de saúde do estado da Paraíba.
O objetivo do nosso trabalho é prover visões interativas que facilitem informações sobre essas doenças e também que auxiliem os gestores da saúde em sua tomada de decisão.
Essa é a Arbovis. Arbovis é uma aplicação de visualização de dados sobre a arboviroses no estado da Paraíba. Nela podemos ver quais são os sinais, sintomas, origens locais de notificação, indicadores associados às doenças causadas pelo Aedes aegypti.
Arbovis contém dados de Chikungunya, Dengue e da Zika dos municípios da Paraíba nos anos de 2015 a 2017. Nesta sessão Arbovis apresenta uma campanha contra o mosquito Aedes aegypti contendo vídeos informativos sobre o mosquito e as doenças que ele causa.
Arbovis tem como parceiros a secretaria de saúde do estado da Paraíba que foi como obtemos os dados sobre as arboviroses; o grupo de pesquisa SIDE; o curso de Sistemas para internet e o IFPB.
Na seção de doenças Arbovis apresenta um quadro de sintomas das arboviroses onde podemos ver quais são os sintomas mais recorrentes de cada doença. Mais abaixo podemos visualizar breves descrições sobre as doenças. Na página de sobre é falado sobre o que é Arbovis e qual é a equipe de desenvolvimento. Nos indicadores podemos montar a nossa pesquisa: primeiro selecionamos a doença; aqui é mostrado os anos de ocorrências, queremos ver no caso os dados de 2015 de dengue.
Aqui está sendo apresentado uma visualização dos casos de Dengue por mês no ano de 2015. O mês que apresentou mais casos em 2015 foi maio com 5.795 casos de dengue.
Podemos também ter outras visualizações dos casos. Por exemplo podemos ver o número de casos por município. O município que apresentou maior número de casos em 2015 foi João Pessoa com 5.204 casos no ano de 2015.
Podemos também ordenar esses dados do menor para o maior para visualizarmos de forma mais fácil qual foi o município que apresentou maior número de casos. Além disso podemos visualizar esses dados em outros tipos de gráficos como barra, barras horizontais e mapa.
Uma outra forma de visualização que Arbovis apresenta é a porcentagem do número de casos por número de habitantes onde podemos ver proporcionalmente qual município apresentou o maior número de casos de acordo com o número de habitantes.
Agora vamos ver casos de outra doença. Chikungunya, selecionamos o ano 2016, o tipo de visualização que desejamos ver, o número de casos absolutos e o tipo de gráfico. Então aqui são apresentados os casos de Chikungunya por município em 2016.
Também podemos ver os de Zika, por exemplo em 2017, casos de Zika por município em 2017, botão do tipo de gráfico, ordenar os dados, e por último a visualização com o mapa.
