When? The 4th DTI will be held on July 16, 2021, in online format using the Google Meet tool. The hyperlink to access the room will be sent to all registered participants the day before the event.

Paper Submission

Meeting Schedule

• Opening of Paper Submission: March, 18th 2021.
• Closing the Acceptance of Paper Submissions: EXTENDED until May 29, 2021

Submission Guidelines

• The submitted articles must be unpublished.
• Submissions of articles in Portuguese, English and Spanish are accepted.
• If approved, the article will be published in the form of an ebook, under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 international license (CC BY-SA-NC), respecting the author's rights.
• The article must have a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 9 pages (expanded abstract), including , within this limit, the title, the abstract, the sections and the references.
• The pages must be of A4 size, with margins of 2 centimeters.
• All hyperlinks inserted in the article must be active and referenced.
• For formats and styles, articles must adopt the formats and styles of ABNT - Brazilian Association of Technical Standards - NBR 6022 - Article in printed scientific periodical publication.
• Contributions have freedom of structure, however, it is mandatory: I- Title of the work; II- Abstract and abstract in English; III- Keywords (between 3 to 5); and IV- Bibliography and citations, accepted according to the citation style and bibliography standard of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards - ABNT NBR 6023/2002.
• ODT, DOC, DOCX or RTF.

Submission Process

1. The article must be submitted as an attachment and sent by email to fabio.moreira@unesp.br.
2. In addition to attaching the article, it must be included in the message mandatorily the information about all authors:
   • Full Name
   • E-mail
   • CPF or RNE (for foreigners) < / li>
   • The largest academic title, area and university (Example: Doctor of Information Science - Universidade Estadual Paulista)
   • The current institutional link
3. All other communications will be sent by email.

Paper presentations

We ask the authors of approved papers to send the video of their presentation until 07/10/2021, following the following requirements:

• Maximum presentation time: 10 minutes;
• During the recording remains in the center of the video;
• Preferably use a clean background (light colored wall, without displaying objects);
• In cases where the recording is made with a cell phone, keep the device horizontal;
• Make sure the sound capture was adequate;
• Remember to open your video with a brief presentation of the event for which it is intended and the authors involved;
• In the conclusion or in the annotations (from YouTube itself) it is recommended to include ways of contacting the authors;
• Make the video available online on YouTube and forward it to the Scientific Committee (fabio.moreira@unesp.br) the following data:
  • The access hyperlink;
  • Title of the Presentation;
  • Description of the video (up to 200 words) ;
  • Title of the Ap resentation (English);
  • Description of the video (up to 200 words) (English).
• The sending of the hyperlink to access the video posted on Youtube should be sent by (07/10/2021).
• We recommend that the presentation format be based on the slides to improve sound capture and avoid problems with light and camera fixation.
• It is also recommended that on the opening slides photos of the authors are presented.
• It is not allowed to use artificial vocalization. An example is the presentation of Cash Flow for Small Producers .
